After crossing the Andes from west to east we arrive at the
entrance to the Manu Natioal Park.. From there we drove
down to the Rio Madre (river and took a dugout up the river
for a 6 hours to our camp at the Manu Bio Station

Our home for the week, we slept on a large elevated platform 4 feet above the ground with a grass roof. kept the rain and snakes off our tent!
