1 cup broth from giblets 2 cups broth from turkey Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter (melted)
Remove turkey from roasting pan. Pour broth into a sauce pan; skim and discard fat. Mix flour and melted butter. Slowly stir mixture into broth and blend. Strain gravy and return to sauce pan to simmer 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
