Chicken and Eggs
	Chickens are raised three to four times per year. Customers requesting chickens are advised 10-12 weeks before delivery to place orders. This seems like a long time, but we need 21 days to hatch and 8 weeks to grow into the healthy food you expect. You can get them faster at a supermarket....but what are you really buying?
				Ever notice that store purchased eggs have pale yokes and are tasteless? Remember how they used to taste better? Stop by and pick up a dozen or two and see how eggs should taste. $1.75 per dozen.
